> Welcome to the Yoga Fitness Center, established 1980 in Missoula, Montana.

> Our studio is a place where people can come and practice a variety of yoga styles that are appropriate for their needs and where they are in their lives.

> Our instructors draw on many years of practice as well as teaching.  They encourage and guide students in a safe environment.

> Our students come to yoga for many reasons.  Some examples include: lower back pain, an injury, to improve physical fitness, and stress relief. Some find yoga calms and relaxes, while others find yoga energizing and invigorating.

> Our classes are as varied as our teachers. All classes are drop-in and all levels are welcome.

> Our goal is that through yoga you will learn to meet life with less effort and more flexibility.
