Welcome to the Yoga Fitness Center, established 1980 in Missoula, Montana.
Our studio is a place where people can come and practice a variety of yoga styles that are appropriate for their needs and where they are in their lives.

Our instructors draw on many years of practice as well as teaching. They encourage and guide students in a safe environment.
Our students come to yoga for many reasons. Some examples include: lower back pain, an injury, to improve physical fitness, and stress relief. Some find yoga calms and relaxes, while others find yoga energizing and invigorating.
Our classes are as varied as our teachers. All classes are drop-in and all levels are welcome.
Our goal is that through yoga you will learn to meet life with less effort and more flexibility.
